Enjoy the magic of nature! In this beautiful class we will have a 10 litre alembic copper still going where we will make hydrosols and possibly some essential oil.
You will also get to experience and try a range of hydrosols and learn about what they are, why they are a beneficial option in herbs and aromatics - particularly for children, elderly and pets as well as learn about a range of herb and hydrosol profiles.
You will be able to take home some of the hydrosols that we make as well as a booklet with all the information from the day plus more.
I’d encourage you to bring along a cutting or some seeds to share with the class to encourage community apothecary gardens. If you don’t have any that is totally fine! I will bring extras.
